What we collect on this site
As little as we can get away with. This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If you email us, we hold your correspondence and contact details for as long as the conversation (or engagement) warrants.
Client data
Client systems run in single-tenant environments, one client, one system, one isolated data boundary. Client data is never pooled across clients, never used to train our models or anyone else's, and never mined for any purpose beyond the client's own system. Clients own their systems and their data outright and may export both in full at any time, or migrate the system into their own infrastructure. Data-processing terms are agreed per engagement under a written DPA.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email contact@elver.ai and we will respond within one month. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if we get it wrong.
