Sargasso — our delivery platform

Why twelve weeks buys years.

Every client system is built inside Sargasso: agent engineering, evaluation harnesses, delivery pipelines and client portals in one platform. It's not a product we sell. It's the reason a small team ships institution-grade systems on a twelve-week clock, and nothing ships that hasn't passed its gates.

01

You start at year three, not day one

Every system we've shipped left behind proven patterns and test harnesses inside Sargasso. Your build starts from all of them: you pay for weeks, you inherit years. What carries over is technique, how to build, never another client's data.

02

AI agents, behind gates

Our AI agents build alongside our engineers: they check out real branches, make real changes, and open work for review. Nothing reaches your system without passing the same validation gates a person's work must pass, the charter doesn't care who wrote the code.

03

Evaluation is the engine

Every app we ship is designed to gather evaluation signal from real use. Corrections, graded answers, analyst overrides. Each becomes a permanent test the system must keep passing. Quality doesn't drift; it ratchets.

04

A growing suite

Sargasso is the foundation; the tools multiply on top of it. The first tool we built inside a client engagement is now part of the standing suite. It won't be the last. Each one hardens a pattern the next engagement inherits.

Engineers: this is where you'd work.
