Our belief
Your company's AI system will be its most important asset of the next ten years.
A big claim, so here's what we mean. Right now, most of what your organisation knows is scattered across documents, systems and people's heads, and none of it can be asked a question.
We build the product that changes that. Ask anything, get a cited answer. Hand AI a whole workflow, get it back finished. And every week your people use it, it gets better. Built in twelve weeks. Owned by you.

One system. Every model. All of your knowledge.
What we mean by "operating system":
One portal
A single front door to your organisation's knowledge and to every AI model worth using, the major commercial models, or private ones running entirely in your environment, switched as the field moves. Never locked to one vendor.
Used intelligently
Not a chatbot bolted onto a wiki. Retrieval where retrieval wins, deterministic computation where numbers matter, agents where work needs doing, each chosen deliberately, per task.
Self-improving
Every correction, graded answer and analyst override becomes a permanent test the system must keep passing. It improves automatically with use, and only your instance benefits.
Owned
Code, models, prompts, pipelines, documentation. Hosted and managed by us, owned outright by you, portable on demand.
The flywheel
The organisations pulling ahead are the ones where AI and staff improve each other continuously: people correct and grade the system's work as part of simply using it; the system converts every correction into a permanent test; quality ratchets, and the institution's knowledge stops walking out the door when people do.
That loop, the flywheel between AI and your people, is becoming one of the most valuable assets an organisation can own. It only compounds if you own it: rent the system and the flywheel spins for your vendor instead. We build yours, on your knowledge, and hand you the keys.
Answers you can stake a decision on
Combine data sources that were never designed to meet, and ask natural-language questions of the whole, archives far too large for any AI to read at once, answered from the record itself.
The engineering stance is simple: language models are never trusted with what can be computed. Statistics are calculated deterministically; every claim traces back to its source document; and where the system isn't sure, it says so rather than improvising. Confidence you can defend, to a board, or an auditor.

The engagement: twelve weeks, fixed criteria, then it's yours
An engagement has a shape, and the shape is the point. Most clients keep us on after handover, by choice rather than lock-in.
Weeks 0–2
Pre-registration
We define, precisely and in writing, what a correct system does before anything is built. Success criteria fixed, datasets accessed, the validation harness designed. Named for the practice in clinical trials: the test is set before the experiment runs.
Deliverable: The validation charter: the contract the system must pass
Weeks 2–10
The loop
Generate ⟳ validate in an isolated environment built only for you. Weekly working sessions with your team; every bug found becomes a permanent test; every iteration is measured against the charter.
Deliverable: A working system, improving against fixed criteria weekly
Weeks 10–12
Convergence & ownership
The pre-registered criteria are met, measured, and reported, or we tell you exactly why not. Then ownership transfers: code, models, pipelines, documentation. We keep hosting and managing it; it's simply yours now.
Deliverable: The system, whole and owned, plus a written report on every criterion, met or missed
After
Regenerate, don't patch
New requirement? The system is regenerated against an updated charter, not bolted onto for a decade. And none of this depends on us existing: the week-twelve handover includes everything a competent team needs to run and extend it without us.
Deliverable: Your choice: partnership or independence. Both are supported
▪Hosted and managed by us, or deployed in yours. You own it either way
▪You own everything: code, weights, prompts, pipelines, data
▪Validation criteria fixed before we build, then published to you
▪Independence is a deliverable, not a risk we manage
Bring us one archive and one workflow.
The first conversation is a working session, not a pitch: we'll sketch the charter for one real problem and you'll know within an hour whether this fits. Your data sits in an environment built only for you, and trains no one, security & operations.
